Glendurgan

We strolled around Glendurgan Gardens down to The Helford on a bright day. The camellias and magnolias lit up the walk. The sunny estuary provided great views from empty beaches, sheltered from the chilly North winds. We skimmed stones, squinting into the sun; then sat still, lulled into a relaxed calm, with gentle waves lapping at our feet.

A robin darted around our feet, then serenaded us from a nearby branch. Today, we could even hear the bees. Roll on Spring!
